It’s a book I’m going to keep around as a guidebook as I continue to grow my company. Brzndenburger book tackles the heated issues between cooperation and competition. Although the two parts are fairly disconnected, both are highly worthwhile.

The authors never really make clear what distinguishes game theory from good business sense. Great book about applied game theory and industry analysis.
